Bentley’s was created to bring something special to Chellaston – a stylish bar where great drinks, great people and great atmosphere come together. Bentley’s was designed to be more than just another bar. It’s a place where neighbours meet, friends celebrate, and everyone feels part of the atmosphere.

Located on the High Street in the heart of the village, Bentley’s combines premium touches with a welcoming local feel. The venue itself is full of personality, with a distinctive interior design and unique features that make every visit memorable.

Our Philosophy

At Bentley’s we believe a great bar comes down to three simple things:

House Rules

To help us maintain the relaxed atmosphere at Bentley’s, we kindly ask all guests to respect a few simple house rules:

  • Over 18s
    Bentley’s is strictly over 18s after 6pm, both inside and outside.

  • Dogs
    Four-legged friends are welcome in our outside areas at any time, but we kindly ask that dogs are not brought inside.

  • Last Orders
    Last orders are called 30 mins prior to closing, so make sure you’ve got your final round sorted before then.

  • Staff & Customers
    We tolerate no abuse whatsoever and will ask any persons to leave the premises immediately if you show any signs of disrespect or antisocial behaviour within our establishment towards any staff or customers.

  • Performers
    We respectfully ask that you respect our performers space and sit back and enjoy the entertainment. Please remember we are not a karaoke bar and any requests to sing will be declined. Please be aware that any damages made to any of our performer’s equipment may result in paying them compensation.

Dress Code

We invite you to dress in whatever makes you feel most comfortable and confident. To maintain our classy atmosphere, we kindly ask that you avoid:

  • ⁠Tracksuits

  • Bubble trainers

  • ⁠Dirty or heavily soiled workwear

We feel there has been some confusion over the past year regarding our dress rules, so we hope this helps clarify things a little more. Very acceptable attire includes:

  • T-shirts

  • Shorts

  • ⁠Jeans

  • Trainers (excluding bubble trainers)

  • Walking gear (excluding muddy boots, which can be left outside)

  • Office wear

  • General workwear (excluding heavily soiled garments and footwear, which can be left outside)

To maintain the pure class and atmosphere of Bentley’s, we kindly ask that Friday through Sunday, between 6pm and 11.30pm, customers dress in a more vibe-fitting way.

We hope this clears things up and helps everyone understand our dress code that little bit more.

Reservations

Bentley’s operates as a walk-in only venue, meaning we don’t take table reservations.

This allows us to keep the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming, whether you’re popping in for a quick drink or staying for the evening.
